Extremely bad experience. Bought a headlight that was described as new however it arrived broken. Seller then asked for photos of the box and clear photos of the shipping label "for records" as if the seller doesn't have the transaction history plainly provided via ebay. Seller offered a partial refund on an item that is completely broken and now useless. I'll be calling ebay customer service for assistance in a refund and a fraudulent seller

The worst experience in Ebay, I ordered a specific brand as the photo posted then they told me it is unbranded and shipped it to me and I told him if it not branded as the photo do not ship it. I lost my time and he holds my money for more than 10 days. You need to contact ebay every time so he responds your question. I do not recommend to deal with him at all.
