It is one of the oldest organizations in the industry. I am proud to be a part of it. I am the owner of The Blue Hue in Davenport Iowa. The Blue Hue, Inc. is dedicated to promoting safe tattooing and permanent cosmetics. Not only does The Blue Hue offer a variety of services to the public, we also have a full training center. Our training center a large curriculum of study in the Permanent Cosmetic industry from the beginner level to an advanced level. We have also developed an, Earn & Learn, program for business owner to train more than one staff member at a time. We go to the business site to train the staff that will be involved in the permanent cosmetic department.
