We do this by representing our items accurately before they are sold and shipping them quickly after they are sold. Because of the nature of dealing with one of a kind, used, vintage clothing - we ask that you not return items that do not fit. However, if for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase we offer a full refund (minus shipping costs). Again, we ask that you read the description carefully and check all measurements before bidding. Return items must be sent back via US Postal Service Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Items must be returned back to us, in our hands, within 14 days of auction's end. You will need to email us the tracking number upon sending the return item. We will refund you the purchase price once we receive the item in the condition that it was sent to you.
