Most of the items we carry are clearance and closeout merchandise purchased from large retail chains which often sell to us below their cost in order to free up warehouse or showroom space. This provides them a necessary service and allows us to sell to you at or below the original wholesale price.

Most of our items are shipped from our 80,000 sq ft distribution center in Memphis, TN. We offer Professional 2 man delivery, by trained delivery personnel, inside your home for most us cities. For a list of States and Zip Codes with delivery sur-charges, please see one of our listings.

We guarantee all our products to be AS DESCRIBED and will gladly exchange most items if you notify us within 7 days of receiving it. This gives you 7 nights to decide if you like it and make sure it is not damaged or flawed in any way not described. If you wish to exchange it for another one, you will simply pay a $75.00 Pick Up fee plus the return shipping charges. We will usually ship your new item or mattress, and let you keep the first one until your new one arrives. If you wish to return your item or mattress for ANY reason during the first 7 days, you will simply need to pay the original and return shipping charges. Please note, we must receive your returned items back in our warehouse in the same condition as they were originally shipped. This is why we recommend you save all original packing materials until after the 7 day trial. You must inspect your new mattress set when you receive it. If it is damaged during shipping, you must notate it on your delivery receipt.
