An eBay member since March 17th, 2002, we pride ourselves on offering quality merchandise, excellence in communication, and prompt, safe shipping. Our buyers frequently comment on our promptness, communication, and high value.
Payment policy
We love PayPal because it's so convenient for both buyers and sellers.
Shipping information
We ship daily. In fact, we will ship your winning item within 24 hours of receipt of your payment. We love to combine fees when you win more than one item. We also like Priority Mail - again because it's so convenient for both sellers and buyers. However, we strive to keep shipping costs to a minimum and will also utilize other methods to do so. Insurance is not usually required (exception: higher priced, fragile items, and shipments outside the US), but is strongly encouraged.
Return policy
We think of our eBay business as a customer service store that just happens to sell cool merchandise. In keeping with this philosophy, we offer a 7-day no-questions-asked, money-back refund on most products. Do note there are occasional items offered which are not eligible for refunds. These items are always clearly marked as such.
