Its not gentle on stomach :( but some people might handle it better.
I like this one because its the most natural one out there. But one thing is, if you have a sensitive stomach like mine, it will make you sick. Nausea lasts about 30min. Thats why I'm giving it 3 stars. It really makes me sick but i continue to take it.
