For me the best seller is one who's interest is to make the buyer happy. I like communication and options. Cosed minded sellers who will only ship one way and wont communicate shut me off.

Started my first business when I was 14 cleaning houses. I have had several at home businesses and now Ebay. I bought on ebay for years and resold lots at mall shows and our State fair but those options are no longer available for me so now I am selling what is left of my store inventory on ebay.

I do everything I can do to avoid returns. As a seller I am here to communicate with the buyer to show pictures and give verbal descriptions of the item they are interested in.

I love buyers who ask questions befor they are committed to buy. As a seller I want the buyer to have a positive ebay experience and I want to be a seller that they will tell thier friends about. The relationship should be mutual in its desired ending that both buyer and seller feel they got what they wanted with a smile.
