Well as far as business, I use to own a carpet cleaning establishment, other than that I have made being a stay at home mom my career and business I do online.

Shipping information
I use the USPS because I find that it is cheaper for the buyer ( as long as you have your package information correct ). I see no sense in charging extra shipping cost when it doesn't needed to be added when there is other ways to keep it down. I also use packaging supplies I have at home to keep shipping cost down so I won't have to charge the buyer the extra cost ( it might not look professional or even pretty but it keeps the buyer's cost down )

Return policy
My policy is for the buyer to contact me. If there is a problem I will work it out with the buyer.
