Shop Variables offers the following return policy: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. All merchandise should be returned in new condition, with original packaging, accessories, parts, instructions, etc. If not returned in new condition or within the time frame allowed it will be sent back with no refund.
