Showroom Auto is a family owned business that has been in the automotive business for over 16 years. We began as an auto detailing business, and now specialize in customizing vehicles with the latest accessories. We also have a full service body shop.
Payment policy
We accept PayPal, Money Orders and Cashier Checks or Credit Card by Phone. Full Payment is expected with in 7 days of the end of auction, unless other arrangements are made.
Shipping information
We ship as quickly as possible. Sometimes Items may have to be special ordered, and will take a bit longer than usual. We always make attempts to contact the buyer if this becomes the case. We take great satisfaction in having superior customer service.
Return policy
We accept returns if we are notified with in 3 business days, and item is returned with in 7 business days. Buyers is responsible for return shipping charges. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, and shipping & handling is non refundable.
