We are a family business, based in Dallas, TX. Shweetpotatodollsnpatterns is made of mom (Sandi) and her 2 teenage daughters. We love to create new and unique things. Sandi am a self-taught doll maker who also loves to paint and draw. Her oldest daughter Keelee (22) loves to make jewelry and stitcheries, which we make into pictures and pillows. Keelee also creates beautiful rosaries which we sell here on eBay. Kassy is the youngest at 18 and she is a doodler. She loves to draw doodles which we take and make into dolls, have Keelee stitch or paint. Kassy also loves to mix scents and comes up with wonderful soaps and scented items. Daddy is our shipping and is in charge of all and he gets to test out everything we create. We just recently added Patterns to our line of products and if we sell the pattern MOM created the pattern. Mom is disabled and works slowly but we love what she creates. Hope you do too.

eBay requires that we accept ONLY paypal and so that is out method of payment. Please make paypal payment when you purchase your items.

Seller does sell all over the world, but if you live outside the lower 48 states, shipping will be greater. Buyer pays ALL shipping, handling, and your countries fees. Many of our items have free shipping. IF we offer to ship your item for free, please remember it is DOMESTIC USPS and that takes longer. ALL packages sent out will have delivery confirmation REQUIRED. This seems to help with making sure all packages are delivered to you.

Exchanges are offered on our finished items ONLY if it arrives damaged. We do require that you return the damaged item to US at YOUR cost and we will replace the item and resend it to YOU. Remember we work in the primitive style for most of our dolls and ornaments and they are made to be PRIMITIVE. ALL OUR Patterns are NOT REFUNDABLE!
