Hello I'm Robert my wife is Sierra and we have 2 children Jackson 2.5 years and Jemma who is 13 months. We started ebay May of 2021 because we wanted to find a way to be able to spend as much quality time with our kids as possible while they are still babies. Item was absolutely not listed as new. Clearly buyer did not read through item descriptions, or look over any pictures before buying. I never promised a new item or mentioned anything about purchase including anything more than the headphones. Pictures of item listed never had anything other than what they received included. Buyers need to assume some responsibility to read over item descriptions and all details of the listing also viewing all photos so they know exactly what they are buying
