I simply refuse to ship to what paypal refers to as Unconfirmed Addresses. If a buyer's address is unconfirmed, i will contact the buyer via ebay or email. An unconfirmed addressee must first confirm their correct address by emailing me their address, then and ONLY then will i send the item. Please understand that i follow this policy to better serve my buyers, as well as to protect myself. Communication is an important aspect of business, so far it works great for me.

I offer no return policy, since every item that i sell is tested before i even list it, and they're tested again before they're shipped. If an item does not pass a test before shipment, it will not be shipped and a refund will be given to the buyer of the unshipped item.
