A former Real Estate agent, when I lost my ability to drive, I found that the Internet allowed to maintain my communication with the outside world. I enjoy selling and helping others achieve their goals in life.
Payment policy
Almost anything. I take Paypal and money orders and personal checks. I cross my fingers but I usually ship out before items clear, or even arrive. (But don't tell anyone)
Shipping information
eBay is my primary responsibility and I take it seriousely and do the best I can with my physical limitations. If an item is purchased and paid for during the day, I usually can take it to the post office the same day. I go to the UPS store daily with the previous day's purchases, and in some cases, the same day's purchases. I try to get the items out as quickly as possible. I'm on my own, (with the exception of my driver) and I have crated a cut and paste method of addressing packages. So mit might look like a child wrapped and labeled the item, but it get's out quickly. I also, occassionaly, flat out ship out the wrong item. I allow the person to keep the wrong item and immediately ship out the correct item. Rarely happens, but it has in the past. I apologize up front.
Return policy
I will do whatever it takes to make the transaction right within reason. My TOS state that the return shipping is up to the purchaser, but I have waived that cost if the error is clearly mine. I do, however, get frustrated with purchasers who purchase an item and then get it, and it's now what they wanted and want to return it for full refund and I loose the shipping one way or both. I will do my best to make you satisfied, but I am not Wal-Mart.
