All game/movie sales ship within 3 business days, with 9 of 10 orders leaving within 24 hours. Console sales tend to ship in 2 to 4 days, after we contact the buyer by e-mail as a screen against fraud. Payments received by noon maximize the likelihood your order will ship that same day.

Please contact us prior to any purchase returns. Refunds; if given, will not include postage costs. Items will have to be returned in the condition sold/received. Items sold as new or factory sealed must ALWAYS be returned in that condition.

E-mail is checked, but the fastest contacts are usually made through the e-Bay 'Contact Member' link on any seller's Feedback Profile page. It both e-mails and puts an unmissable notice on their homepage.

Positive feedback is given the day your purchase ships and any delivery confirmation/tracking numbers promised will be included with the shipping notification soon after.

Our items for sale always give Expedited shipping as an option, but we STRONGLY advise that you not chose that method. Most single and double disc purchases will ship USPS First Class Mail by default. If you are a buyer in the lower 48 states we will almost never upgrade to Priority Mail service as it cost twice as much and reduces the official USPS estimate by at best one day. Expedited Shipping is offered primarily as a courtesy for buyers in Alaska, Hawaii and those stationed over seas in the military. Others should only consider Expedited Shipping for heavy full season/full series DVD boxed sets that might routinely take 7 to 14 business days in Media Mail.
