I try to ship for free when possible. Generally with $0.99 auctions, I charge the minimum shipping to cover the cost.

I accept returns during the first week for most items if the customer is not satisfied with the product or there is a defect that was not mentioned in the description. Returns on DVDs and CDs require the product to return in the exact same condition and in the same (unopened) packaging. I test all products unless they are new. Customer pays return shipping plus a 20% reshelf fee if there is no valid reason for return.
