I have been with Ebay for over 5 years, so I am familiar with these on-line transactions--both as a buyer and a seller. I know what type of customer service to deliver--THE BEST! I only sell products that I have used (or would have liked to have used!) in my own home. I have 2 children ages 2 years and 4 years; I wouldn't sell any product that I wouldn't personally select for them or give them to play with. I care about ALL kids :)

International shipping IS available on some of my smaller, lighter products. Please inquire for additional cost before committing to buy. Frequently, I offer FREE SHIPPING (which is an especially great deal for you on large, heavy items!--it can cost over $50 USD to ship a car seat, for example). Keep an eye out in my STORE! When I DO charge shipping, it is a flat rate, based on the size and weight of your item, to the continental USA(48 states ONLY). My shipping fee is usually within pennies of the actual freight cost. I NEVER charge any sort of handling fee. You pay what I pay FEDEX or UPS.

Many of the items I list are large furniture-type pieces that are expensive to ship. For that reason, I do not often accept returns. Check individual listings, though--on smaller items, a return or exchange is no problem. JUST ASK! I like to please my customers :)
