Item received quickly, and items are as described. However, less than 18 hours later I received a message from the seller via the "ebay team" that the item had been out for delivery for a log time and wanted confirmation it was received and sating that I had received positive feedback and they pleaded for this to be replicated (with instructions on how to leave feedback).
This took the edge off the otherwise perfect transaction.

The item was exactly as described but unfortunately it arrived broken.
The sellers has eventually given me a full refund but there was some toing and froing.
To begin with they just wanted me to give them good feedback and totally ignored what was in my message to them (twice).
They then offered me a 50% refund to which I declined.
Then they asked if I wanted to use my refund money to purchase another trophy!!
This was the only thing my son haas asked for, for Xmas. packaging was inadequate
