All shipping are shipped from California unless stated otherwise. We have the right to choose any carriers to ship the products, however most shipment will go by UPS/DHL/FEDEX/USPS. Unless in rare situations usually within 30 days of purchased and if we do accept return (for non-open box), all products received will be inspected and if everything is in good order, we'll refund the money in full for the merchandise minus the cost of shipping to you. All products must be packed in another box w/ the original packaging (must include the user information or instruction, holder box, and any other material that comes with it).
