When order was placed, the listing stated the item would be shipped in 1 day from order. This was on 3/9 and the item had not been shipped as of 3/11 so I contacted the seller was told "We are not a single individual seller, and this listing is to buy old inventory directly from the us, the manufacturer, Sinomax-USA. Our business hours are 8am to 5pm Monday-Friday, and these orders have to be hand keyed". Product ws received on 3/15. Very soft and not very comfortable, not as firm as I'd like.

this company is Fraud they sent the 1st mattress to florida and when I called them on it they said it was the address given and Ebay sates that was not the case but did not stand buy it they gave me a number to call and when I called them a Spanish speaking lady asked me what item when I told her she hung up? I before all this happen thinking there was some type of mistake I like a fool ordered a 2nd one that came to my address and it is very bad half the mattress is bad , Scam for sure
