Odiz was started in January of 2006. Our goal is to find you the best possible deal on quality items, without the hassle of battling the crowds or having to leave your house. After all we're not afraid to put our bunny slippers up on the desk, and neither should you!

We accept and prefer paypal. We also accept Money Orders and Cashier's Checks.

Your item is usually shipped the next day- no later than three days. Saturday is an exception, we may or may not make a post office run Saturday morning. Sundays, well since the post office is closed, as is our shipping department.

Returns are accepted only after contacting us within 7 days of receipt of the item(s) and letting us know there is a problem. The returned item(s) must be shipped back to us with confirmation, and a RMA# which is supplied by us. The item(s) must be in the original condition that we sent them to you, ie., price tags still intact. We will not accept a return that does not meet this criteria. All of our items are NEW, therefore we do not expect any defects. In the circumstance that there is a problem, we will more than gladly do what is needed to make you happy. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority! Just look at our feedback, we take this business very seriously.
