Returns and full refund minus shipping and handling if product is NOT defective. If it is defective, a complete refund will be issued. (if contacted within 7 days (not 7 business days) that's 7 days period. I will issue a Special Return Auth. Number if product is defective with special return instructions. If product is not defective and you have just changed your mind, you are responsible for shipping the product back for your refund. Contact me and I will provide instructions on how to do this.
