IPS stands for Inouye's Pool Service. Tom Wally Inouye started IPS in 1976 for an underground movement of skaters to drain pools in Cal. and be able to skate them without being arrested. Our motto is Conserve Water Drain your Pool. The shop was opened in 2005 by Wally & wife,Kathryn in the beautiful Columbia Gorge at the base of Mt. Hood.
