eBay My World: slademan( 1425)

I've been an eBay member for over 10 years now and have been around it a long time. I finally have opened a store to sell the extra things I don't need in my life and want to share with others. I start auctions at $1.00 with no reserve.

When I sell something it comes from my personal collection of things. I sell things that I own, that have been taken care of, that I have an ecess of or no longer feel the need to have around any more.

I buy everything from movies and cd's to stereo equipment, toys and almost everything I can think of that's not in my town or within immediate reach. eBay is a wonderful place to find almost anything you can think of, want or need.

Art, music, media, books, bones, toys, ancient relics, skulls, photography, sculpture, computers, video games and other fun things I can find.

I am an artist of many forms. I sculpt, draw, paint and play around with some cumputer video/photo story equipment for humor and amuzement.

Jim White, Alan Silvestri, Samuel Barber, Tool, and Mono are some of my favorite groups/individuals. I listen to everything from easy to hard. I love lounge music and still dig listening to Tool full blast with over 1200 watts heading to 7 channels.

I don't watch T.V. so to speak but Dexter from Showtime is wonderful. I enjoyed Carnivale from HBO when it was on. C.S.I. was a great show till it got too freaky.Discovery, History Channel, National Geo, Military Channel and lots and lots of movies.

Everything I sell are my own personal items that I have collected over the years. I take care of what I have and when I list something I always describe it to the best of my ability. I start ALL of my auctions at a flat $1.00 with no reserve regardless of the items perspective value. I believe in making a true, valid auction and give everyone a fair chance to bid. eBay was an auction house around 10 years ago when I started. I keep those same values today. I have worked from my home for many years. I don not try to make a living from eBay but more use it as a method to share my collected items with others. I accept paypal for most items but some things I sell might be valued and sold for over $1,000.00. In that case when an item does reach over $1,000.00 I prefer a Bank Draft, (cashiers Check) for that transaction. Otherwise paypal is a friend to everyone.

I prefer to mail items by priority mail. The post office proveds free boxes and pretty much a flat fee for shippin smaller items. In case of heavier items UPS ground is the least expensive way to ship but there is a fee for the box if I don't have one to fit the item into and in cases of larger items such as T.V's or something like that I would pay for a professional to pack it and ship it. I don't make money on shipipng and charge only what it physically costs to ship.

I do not entertain returns what so ever. Once the item has been sold, bought, paid for, shippped and recieved it's a very done deal in my book. If you don't want the item please don't bid. I will not accept it back and refund and moneys taken in any transaction.

I am available for contact through ebay and am more than willing to sned personal email, chat via IM and speak personally on the phone. I just need a request sent to me through ebay and I'll respond as soon as I am able to.

Everything I sell has a starting bid of $1.00 and has no reserve regardless of it's actul value. I descibe my items as best as I can and pack them well when shipping. I believe in a good, honest auction and make it possible for everyone to jump in and have fun even if they don't win the item. Auctions should be fun.
