I buy the fact that Child Protective Services need to make changes in the way they deal with parents and families. I also buy the fact that they only way CPS can change is to engage parents for their knowledge, advice, experience and input.

I collect ears. Ears of Child Protective Service Workers at all levels and Law Makers. Then I point to the consumers of services [parents and families] as the experts they should be seeking out, to make change in laws and practices.
