Shipping information
mainly USPS priority mail, occasionally UPS or USPS Express for those delicate plants.
Return policy
Our return policy is simple, and pretty standard for our industry. If something is wrong with your order when you receive it, let us know right away, within 24 hours. We can't be responsible for claims on plants if we're not contacted within 24 hours. Since many of our plants are rare or one of a kind, we don't have stock to replace plants, so a refund of the purchase price of the plant will be issued.
