This is a hobby for me, not a job, I have a real job too. I do this because I love Longaberger and I like to meet/talk to new people from different places. You can usually catch me IN the office after 7 pm on weeknights and most weekends. Many of our sales are to our valued repeat customers, we want you to be one too! I can accept any method of payment you prefer. No more first born children though! For immediate shipping, you can call me with a credit card number or send PayPal payment(please send ONE PayPal payment for all items or wait for me to send a combined invoice, as its 30 cents PER TRANSACTION + FEES). Personal checks are welcome but will be held for 10 days or you can send a money order. I will gladly work with you on Lay-aways or Payment Plans.

We ship EVERY WEEKDAY usually first thing in the AM. We will glady send FEDEX or EXPRESS MAIL (GET IT NOW) if you request it and pay the DIFFERENCE in shipping cost. NOTE: Your PayPal and eBay names and addresses should MATCH! If they don't match we are not responsible if your item does not get delivered to the correct address! Please be a responsible buyer and take care of these issues. We will mail to unconfirmed but only if you include insurance cost AND you accept resposibility for the shipmeent.

We usually do not accept returns unless the item has been misrepresented by us. Please email us to discuss any issues with your item. All of our items are Genuine Longaberger items purchased directly from the company.

Our PET PEEVE is other eBay Sellers that OVERCHARGE on SHIPPING. We will GLADLY combine shipping on all items and search for the least expensive way to ship. We can ship a whole lot of liners and protectors for the one pound Priority Mail Rate! We try to be very reasonable about our shipping costs. The shippng price includes more than just the actual postage stamp on the envelope. It also includes the costs for the envelope, flyers, tape, labels etc that are needed. If you have ever gone to Office Depot and paid $200 for shipping supplies, you know what I mean. :-)) Insurance is an option on EVERY item. If you choose not to insure your item, I am NOT responsible if it doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged. I take great care when I package your item to ship, and we record ALL packages mailed EVERY DAY as they go across the counter. I cannot be responsible for it once it leaves my hands or control how fast they deliver. We find they are extremely proficient at delivering within 3-5 days
