I began a small, 3 acre, campground and fishing cabin business as an expansion of what my Father had began, back in 1980. It was then that He built the first of what has now became 5 total units here on Cherokee Lake in Bean Station, TN..ROAR CAMP..

I primarily sell items of excess inventory, left over from our camp construction, but occasionally I come into speciality items, such as Farm Equipment, Barrel Dumpers, etc.

I primarily buy things related to our campground & cabin rentals business here on Cherokee Lake, such as building materials, gravel, concrete, landscaping, furniture, appliances, etc.

I graduated High School in 1981 as a student athlete, football captain, MVP, student athletics director, BETA Club and Whos Who. I graduated college in 1985 with a Bachelors degree in Construction Engineering Technology, as a student athlete, walk-on, NCAA, Football player, Treasurer of Epsilon Pi Tau Technology society, and college winner of Dodge advertising contest of 1984. I obtained a US patent on a new, polyvinyl building method in 1998. I began the project construction of ROAR CAMP Fishing Cabins on Cherokee Lake in 2002 and went from our flagship cabin to 5 units, as of 2009. I hope to expand with acquistion of neighboring lots to some day build an RV camper park on Cherokee Lake. I dedicate the whole project to my 2 founding fathers, My Grand Father, who donated the land and my Dad, who built the original flagship cabin, where it all started. May they both dearly rest in heavenly peace.

Our payment methods vary, depending on the kind of product, the AS IS conditions, and what is best convenient for the Buyer.

Some of our sale items are too large and heavy to be shipped at a reasonable rate, and are best delivered by Customer pick-up.

Most all of our items are sold on an AS IS conditional basis and we are not the original owners of those products and therefore cannot guarantee the longterm functionality of those items. For this reason they are sold substantially less than new models.
