the ease of installing
New battery pops right in, easy to store charge and go, great value for the money.

Staying connected
This Bluetooth is great for wearing, sweat proof to the most extreme, can hear clearly, people understand what I'm saying. One issue is that when it asks you answer or ignore, you say answer, it doesn't recognize what your saying and you have to manually answer the phone. I would say it also stays connected to the phone 80% of the time. It does have to be reconnected periodically. I can go about 100 feet from the phone and still be able to communicate.
