I am so happy with this replacement handle. With a little “Yankee Ingenuity” I got it to attach perfectly as a replacement handle for my Powersmart mower that I could never find a replacement handle for!!!! Fantastic seller!!!!! Description and photos were as advertised. Seller did good job there. The thing that was upsetting was the shipping time once seller ships item the time element is out of his or her control.UPS took 7 days to get item to Nebraska and that is very acceptable. The rub is the seller sat on item a full week before even starting the shipping process. Granted this was a seasonal item and we don’t mow much in the winter, but when a $350 item is purchased you would think seller would expedite the sale.

Regrettably, my recent transaction with this seller has left me thoroughly disappointed. The package arrived with crucial parts missing. Upon notifying the seller, they initially acknowledged the issue and pledged to rectify it promptly. However, subsequent attempts to follow up on the missing components have been met with silence. This utter disregard for customer satisfaction is deeply troubling. I feel utterly let down and deceived by the seller's empty promises. Slow to ship, too...

I contacted the buyer to let them know that I will be sending them the handle but i havent received a response yet. Instead I found this negative feedback :(
