You'd laugh but I am a OCD Freak! I am super clean and super organized. If I don't like the way things are, I'll move it. My poor husband sometimes will shake his head at when I bust out the label maker.

I collect blue and white transfer ware, tea cups, english paintings. I also have a colection of crocks and one by Red Wing.

Painting, Gardening, Floral Design but my favorite is cooking!

Most of my books are on decorating and cooking or landscape design main focusing on roses. I like Paula Dean, Wilson's Books, Samatha Brown. I also enjoy reading about England and it's royality line, mainly Elizabeth I.

I also on the side, especially in the spring time, rescue wildlife orphans. I'm the crazy lady who will stop if a opossum has been just hit to check for babies in the pouch. They can live only shortly after moms been hit. Here in the U.S., they have only a life span of 2 years and maybe 3 captive. I also help the wee baby squirrels who misjudge the distance of a tree and break a leg. I even rescued my Big Baby after she was hit last Thanksgiving on a bridge and left to die. She was a mess but I cast her leg, stitched up her eye and after a week of no one claiming her, she went to the vet and had her shots, check up and her Micro-Chip in her neck. Since her breed of dog is a Shar-pie Mix, she had plenty of skin but could not wear a collar. I highly recomend that you do it to your pet. Cats and Dogs of all breeds can be done at a low fee. Most Vets and Humane Society's have scanners for the chip.

I have a License for Practical Nursing, Indiana State Insurance Agents License, I also have had a side business called Cabbage Rose Floral Designs and Gifts. I make country english baskets with scones I make and David Austin Roses which I do grow. Plus other items, like teas, notecards and tea cups. Hopefully soon, I'll be able to make my baskets to sell online but now it's just for here at home.

I do accept PayPal, Money Orders and Checks. Package will not ship until check clears but if the amount is small, I mostly likely ship beforehand. Payment is due two days after auction but if more time is needed, just let me know, I'm very flexible.

I try to ship within two days after payment has been made but in December I will ship in three days. The holidays and the weather are a factor but if time allows, then I'll ship sooner or there is no heavy snow.

I will do money refunds ONLY if after all resources to make the customer happy have failed. Item must be returned and the refund will be minus s&H. I try to be very fair and honest about what I am selling and will do whatever I can to make ammends.

Non-Payers will be placed on my DO NOT SELL LIST and will be banned from all my auctions or bids will be cancelled. Snipers, I know they have that program to do it. If I feel that an auction was won in a unfair manner, I reserve the right to decline that person and ask the original winner if they would like to purchase that auction item. I have personally dealt with that situation before, thinking your going to win and there is only 1 min. left and then to only find out you've been sniped. I don't approve of that behavior at all.
