I prefer payment within 3 days of sale, but can't do anything until the 8th day when I will send an unpaid item reminder via eBay's unpaid item dispute system. Don't take it personally that I open a dispute; I'm fine as long as you respond and pay and will gladly deal with you again. If you don't respond by the 8th day, I will close the dispute, get my fees back, and you will have an unpaid item strike and block you from bidding in the future. I will only remove the strike if you pay for the item OR reimburse my eBay fees, since I will have to re-pay them if I remove your strike. I accept Paypal payments as well as POSTAL MONEY ORDERS. The kind of money order you get at the post office! Convenient since you can mail it to me after you buy it! If you want to pay with a money order, just contact me after you win your items and get my name and address.

I try to pop your stuff in the mail as soon as possible, but please note that during the school year, I am a married college student and working almost full-time (over-time some weeks) in addition to eBay, so I have other stuff to do! I always keep in touch about the status of your purchase and let you know when I intend to ship it (when I get them labeled ahead of time) and when I do ship it, when to expect it, and with tracking information. I charge reasonable rates and don't profit on shipping at all. If it will fit into a Flat Rate Envelope, it ships for $5.45. For everything else, I have a quite precise postal scale (calculates within 0.2 oz.) and use USPS postage calculator online, so you'll get a very close to exact rate. NO HANDLING FEES besides delivery confirmation, unless I ship First Class, then it's $0.45, $0.65, or $0.85 extra to buy a padded envelope (exact cost at my post office, depending on the envelope size).

I WILL NOT ACCEPT A RETURN FOR ANY REASON IF IT WAS MENTIONED IN THE LISTING; I absolutely AM NOT your local Wal-Mart; I'm just a college kid trying to make some extra money to pay for stuff! If there are ANY flaws to my items, they will be noted in the listing and normally have their own little paragraph! All measurements given are accurate, and if I think the item runs small or large to the tag size, I will say so. I will NEVER use fine print and I am very honest. I literally HOURS of my time writing about and photographing my things, so I dang well expect you to take a few minutes to read if you're going to bid! PLEASE ASK ALL QUESTIONS BEFORE BIDDING, I am very nice and answer very quickly! If we talk and agree that a return is necessary, buyer pays return shipping, and I refund the WINNING BID PRICE, since I paid to ship it to you in the first place. I refund my shipping charge if and ONLY IF I sent the wrong item!

The absolute best way to reach me and get the fastest response is through eBay messages, since I'm on eBay pretty much any time I am near a computer. If you need further contact information, please send me a message and ask me for it. I can be reached by e-mail or phone if needed, but I do best with eBay messages unless it's extremely urgent or requires picture attachments (like asking for additional photo of an item).

If I list an item that is Torrid accessory (like a ring, hair clip, bracelet, etc.) + a clothing item (normally a dress or corset), the accessory is from Torrid and is the Torrid store brand, and the item listed with the accessory is NOT from Torrid but is another brand, but the style/size is comparable to what Torrid offers. I clearly state the brands of all my items in every listing so that I don't mislead anybody. All accessories are brand new with a tag or on a jewelry card thing (rings and bracelets normally come with a small tag, while hair clips come on a little card thing).

If you're short on cash or want to be able to bid higher by a few dollars, I can downgrade shipping on most items down to First Class (for lighter items) or Parcel Post (heavier ones). If you're not in a rush to receive the item(s), these are good options and save money. Contact me if you want to downgrade, and I'll get you a quote and let you know the difference between the lesser service and Priority. I will have to charge a little extra for an envelope (.45, .65, or .85 as noted above, based on size) and a little bit for delivery confirmation (0.75), so it may be the same cost to ship Priority. On the flip-side if you're in a hurry and need rush delivery, this can be arranged too as well as any other service to add (insurance, signature confirmation, etc.), just contact me for a quote since postal prices vary.
