Smokin Joes is a Native American company with a retail location on the Tuscarora Reservation near Sanborn, New York. We make many of our quality goods available to out-of-area customers through our eBay store.

We offer a variety of gift items including elegant evening bags, gel candles and wax candles of all shapes and sizes, toys for children, a vast array of hard to find stuffed animals (think giraffes, tigers, rottweilers, leopards), high-end Erickson Beamon pieces, Sterling Silver jewelry, Native-American replica dream catchers, porcelain collectibles, jewelry boxes, interesting home decor (handbag lamps), and Christmas/seasonal decorations (Christmas balls, wreaths, candles, etc).

We prefer PayPal payments. We will also accept money orders or certified checks. Please contact us before purchasing an item to let us know how you plan to pay, if using a method other than PayPal.

We ship our items via UPS Ground Service. The charge is calculated based on the weight of the item being shipped, so we calculate the weight and UPS charges and add the charge onto your order. We can make special accomodations for faster shipping if you contact us in advance. Please ask for an invoice from us, we calculate your exact shipping cost once we receive notification of your purchase. We can also calculate your shipping cost prior to your purchase - just ask! Include your zipcode and we will promptly get back to you.

We give all of our items a thorough check before sending them to you - they should arrive in perfect condition. If you have a problem with an item, contact us and we will resolve the issue as best we can. If we have multiples of a problematic item, we may give merchandise credit. Our one of a kind items (Erickson Beamon, etc.) are sold AS IS. We do not offer cash or credit refunds of any kind.
