This driver is exactly what I was looking for and at the right price. The item arrived a day early and was packaged VERY well. It was in great condition, exactly as described and pictured. It also sounds amazing. Dayton Audio was an OEM build house for Bay Audio. This little know mystery woofer is actually a Dayton Audio Reference 265-4 High Fidelity, which retail for $300+ at Parts Express all day long. This was an exceptional find.
