I have a retail/textile science bachelor's degree and am a mixed media artist. I love to buy and sell items and am constantly on the look out for unique items.

I prefer paypal because it is easy and safest for both parties and it gets the items shipped out quicker.

I don't believe in making money off of shipping. I try to recycle all mailing envelopes, boxes, and packing so that I don't have to add extra. I sometimes charge a nominal fee to cover supplies. I think delivery confirmation is one of the best things, I think it is better than insurance for inexpensive items. I do have to charge for that. I try to use first class mail for all items under 13 ounces and match the kind of service to the item and weight.

You hate it, send it back (at your expense) but you must notify me first and don't automatically give me negative feeback with talking to me. But, I describe my items well and have never had to take a return. That said, I would want to hear from someone immediately if they are unhappy and would take it from there.
