Started collecting 40 years ago and have been in the artifact community for 30 years. My husband is featured in Who's Who in Indian Artifacts number 10 and is recognized as being honest within the community. I ranch, he is disabled, and do what I can when I can. EBay is nothing but a hobby for me - and no I don't make any money doing it, but eBay does! I worked in the Banking industry for more than 40 years. Payment policy

If you must delay payment, just tell me on what day you will pay instead of waiting a week and a non-payment dispute being filed on you. I would rather know up front.
Honesty is far better than dragging payment out without at least having enough decency to tell me first.
I'm easy to get along with as long as someone respects me enough to talk to me.

We ship USPS within 48 hours of payment excluding weekends and holidays. I have two small children (4 and 2 years) so shipping might get hung up an extra day if one of them are sick and I can't get out.
We ship coins/currency/and some rarer items insured.
We assume no responsibility either way for postal errors or loss.
Return policy
14 days in original condition. Because we can not control how long it takes the buyer to pay us (and some will drag it out for two weeks), we do not control the postal delivery time or how long it takes the buyer to pick up the package from the post office or how long it takes the buyer to inspect the items the return policy begins on the day of purchase and ends 14 days later regardless of when the buyer gets around to doing what they should. You buy it, YOU OWN IT from that second on. Original condition means original without alterations or assembly. Insured items found damaged, file with the postal carrier. We pay for insurance to protect you, we will not make good items damaged by them. We inspect everything before shipping and not responsible for their errors and loss. We ship same day if paid by noon and next day if paid on weekends or after 12:00 noon EST. Our policy is fair. Must be postmarked within 14 days. Telling us on day 14 and mailing on day 15 exceeds return policy.

Be nice. Just tell me the information is wrong and or the item was mistaken for something it isn't advertised as. We are human. We do our best, and occasionally, we will make a mistake.
Be nice. Tell us politely, and don't contract diarrhea of the mouth by spewing about the evils of selling something for something else.
We will fix it if we are in error and don't need a lecture. Believe it or not, after 30 years of doing this, I know what I am doing 99% of the time. The other 1% is simply plain old human mistakes and errors, with a dash of ignorance and or being deceived -- yes, the best can be fooled sometimes - not often.
If you are correct, we will happily change it with a big thank you!
If you are a jerk about telling us, well, I might be just as big of jerk back and tell you where to spend an unpleasant eternity.
We will probably change it anyhow if we make a mistake, but there is no sense in either of us getting upset and grunting like monkey's at each other.
DO I GET GRUMPY?
Yes I do. I am getting older. My husband lives in chronic pain. I sometimes don't sleep for days or get very little sleep. Occasionally, I require medication, but to the doctors dislike try to avoid it, and because I am a lousy patient I can have a very bad day and may seem to bite at everyone and everything. Try to be patient with me if it happens. It is usually just a bark and in few hours or a day I will recover and apologize if I flew off -- or think I might have. It is quite rare, but once in blue moon it happens. My husband says I have PMS. Putting up with Me (him) Syndrome.
You won't see me write profanity, but I don't need to get a point across. I don't like seeing profanity written to me either. Nice civil communication goes very far with me. Ranting and name calling only makes a bad mood worse - and I have a sharp sword with a pen that most will find much keener than theirs -- You see I also write articles and books from time to time -- so I can be good at it...
