We accept Pay Pal, Visa, American Express, Master Card, Discover Card. Personal checks are also accepted, but are subject to being cleared prior to shipment of ordered items. See shipping information.
Shipping information
Merchandise is shipped 1-4 days upon clearance of payment. Please provide extra time when ordering during the weekend and holidays.
We ship only within the United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and all US territories.
You are required to verify your addresses prior to checkout. We are not responsible for any undeliverable merchandise due to wrong information.
We will include sales tax when shipped to any state where it is applicable, including the State of Utah.
If a customer wants to pick up the ordered merchandise from our local store in Logan, Utah, please contact us prior to the date you want to pick it up to avoid any unnecessary waiting.
Return policy
Your satisfaction is our main priority. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us. You must be issued a Returned Merchandise Authority (RMA) number for our office to accept your returns.
You may return merchandise within 30 days of receipt, for the following reasons:
-Merchandise received is not as described.
-Merchandise does not fit or does not work.
-Not happy with merchandise.
The merchandise has to be returned with the RMA number prominently displayed on the package and whatever correspondence you intend to include with the returns. The merchandise has to be in its original condition, with all accessories, along with the original receipt and other proof of purchase. The original box including the UPC barcode must also be included.
Please allow five working days for the processing of your returns.
The costs for the return of merchandise are the buyer’s responsibility.
