All items are shipped within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted.
Return policy
Due to the fragile nature of the product, TVs shipped be freight MUST be carefully inspected for any damage while the carrier is present at time of delivery. Any compromise to the package MUST be noted on the delivery receipt and/or Bill of Lading as proof the damage or tampering occurred prior to delivery. Please open all packaging and inspect the TV. If there is any damage to the TV, please just refuse the delivery. If the delivery person(s) will not allow you to open the packaging to inspect the TV, you MUST write on the delivery receipt and/or Bill of Lading, Subject To Inspection - Not Permitted To Open Packaging. Failure to do so may result in the freight damage claim being denied. TVs are not eligible for return unless damaged, and must got through warranty service for all other issues. All other products are only eligible for return within 30 days if they are found to be defective or if they have not been opened. After 30 days, all issues must be handled by the manufacturer.
