After a bad experience with another agency I am very proud to be part of the best Real Estate firm, RE/MAX, and the best agency, Signature Properties, in Minot ND. Real Estate is a 24/7 self-employment job. Realtors are NOT employees of the firms they represent thus we pay our own expenses (no there are not any company expense accounts), and taxes. We purchase our own vehicles, advertising, office supplies and so on. I live in a smaller community (aprox. 40,000 people) yet there is nearly 100 agents in our area. I am one of the few full-time agents so I have to work very hard to feed my family of 4. I don't have a 2nd job to fall back on. Thus I truelly focus on being the best I can be to my clients. I work with Residential, Commercial, Farm, Ranch, Hunting lands, and being we are host to a Air Force Base I specialize in Military Relocation. Because I am a bargin hunting addict I need to have at least a couple of rummage sales every year and when I have time, or can't sleep, I eBay!

After many years of having a PayPal personal account I just switched to a business account. Not cause I wanted to but because PayPal has been such a major pain in the ass constantly trying to get rid of the FREE accounts they offered to get going. In addition to PainPal, err I mean PayPal, I accept personal checks, money orders, first born children and more? When I say more it's because I would consider exchanging for stuff like postage stamps (collectable or ones I can actually use), pocket watches, OS, memory cards, and I'm sure more that I can't think of at the moment.

I never charge a handling FLEECE because I think it is a dishonest way to inflate the sellers profit. I'm all for profit but not dishonest profit. I usually ship with-in 24 hours of receipt of payment. I offer UPS and USPS services. If you want insurance please let me know.

I warrant items to be as described in the auction. On occasion I not only don't know if something works there are times I don't even know what I'm selling! I never refund postage on an auction or to return an item. I only refund the winning bid.
