I have been working on Computers for over 15 years now in my own home business, as well as I have been a Carpenter in Construction for over 20 years building Homes, Offices, Motel, Harvey Hotel, even, Texas Instruments Dallas Texas.

Computers and the things you use to make them run, fun, and entertaining. Game's and Software galore!

Mostly, Computer hardware, Software, some times Phone's, while still on a rare account, Carpenter tools!

the largest thing I collect is Friends, which is at a massive amount I have little room to hold in my living room. My one acre lot would be elbow to elbow if I could get them all in one spot! :)

I started this business of mine in 1988, due to an older couple (88, 93,) living on a fixed income, had a front door rotted out, and they were being quoted $400+ to fix it! It was outrageous, so I offered to fix it for them, if they bought the door, paid my gas, and cooked me a mess of Collar Greens! We all three were happy, and I helped a dear couple in need. There is no feeling in the world that can compare to the feeling you get when you do something really good. Hence, the name, SoftHeart which later became SoftHeartPC when I added Computers to the list of things I fix.

I prefer Paypal, but you can use a Cashiers Check, Direct wire, Money Order, but I'd ask you not to send cash! (My wife may check the mail! :P )

I all ways try to make the Customer happy. I will ship any way they prefer, but otherwise, I use the United States Postal Service.

I have two ways to handle Returns, One refund when returned, or two Insurance only. Such as a Hard Drive. Brand new in the box does not cover you dropping it on the floor. (Any hight 3ft or higher will result in damage.) I require Insurance be on such things sent in the mail. This is to protect the both of us! No insurance, no coverage. (Glass and rocks people.)
