What Would Make My Day
MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE IS COMING TO RENO!!! I have to stop buying for a while becaue we had to get tickets, gas, rental car, food, motel room, all because my husband loves me enough to take me! I'M GOING TO RENO!!! It's a ten hour drive from where I live but we're gonna make it.... and I plan to do hours of standing in line just to get near the stage! I've got to be near that stage! Getting good photos of MCR and having them autograph my stuff would really make my millenium!!!

I'm a newbie, just getting started in the selling side of eBay. I got frustrated looking for good looking clothes for larger sized women. I now know of several good on-line stores but I also wanted to provide clothing that women could wear to the office, or a night out, and not have to fidget or fight with their clothing because of a poor fit. I am also selling casual clothing that can be worn anywhere. My sources are, I must admit, mainly my overstuffed closet, but I always keep an eye open when I'm out of the house for a good deal or good quality. I also will probably sell some of my collections, like my stamp collection, although it is not worth anything, it could be fun to a scrapbooker! I guess the rest of my background will have to be told by my feedback rating.
Payment policy
I'm very strict on this: Paypal only. I know, it seems everyone wants to take a cut of the profits, but Paypal is secure, quick, easy, and also makes it easy to track payments made by customers. I won't do business without it, and I won't buy if I can't use it to pay for the item.
Shipping information
Shipping, for a small timer like me, is very quick - usually a customer's order is packed and ready to go before the auction is even over! I use strong packing materials, because whether it's a sticker or a womens dress, both need to be handled properly. That is a code I will always stick by.
Return policy
Returns are kind of a no-no for me. I am very careful to examine each item before it leaves the house, and I let potential buyers know of item faults (loose threads, buttons, etc.) so there should be no surprise and no problem when the customer receives their order. Unless grossly misrepresented, no item is returnable. That is my firm policy. All sales are final.
Contact information
Customers are always encouraged to contact me through eBay if they have any questions or problems. I would give out my e-mail address, but several times I have received false eBay scam mail that could have jeopardized my account and I really don't want any contact outside of eBay about an eBay item.
Feedback
In my short time as a salesperson on eBay I have noticed a disturbing trend: the customer either does not or does not want to leave feedback. Feedback tells me that the customer got the item and that they are happy with it. I have left feedback for my customers after receiving payment only to have them not reciprocate when they receive their item. So, unfortunately, until I know that a customer is happy and leaves feedback, I will not leave feedback for them. I hate that because it seems petty but really, good businesses are built on customer trust, and those numbers and percentages are very important to us. I would think it would be important for the customer too.
Ultimate Goal
Nothing makes me happier than knowing that a package has been received by my customer and that they are happy with their purchase and leave positive feedback. That really makes my day! So if there is any problem, no matter how small, please contact me first and I will go out of my way to make sure that both of us have a satisfactory conclusion to our business deal. After all, I'd like you to shop with me again!
