Excellent product.
This pad is perfect. It shuts itself off (while I'm asleep -- and I know I'm not supposed to use it that way). Past heating pads have burned me in the middle of the night as a result of my prefer use for it. This loosens all the knots in my lower back without harming me during slumber. I love it.
