I was told by seller item worked but might need new bulb as it flashed at times. I received the package, light did not work at all, ballast was fried it was not a bulb issue. I searched everywhere and was told I may need to consider putting an LED light source in as repair part is difficult to find. Made the seller aware of issue + asked in good faith if he’d be willing to refund some of the cost to help me cover installing LED light but he had no interest in making things right on faulty item.
