Sophie's Angel was started about a year after my mother passed away from breast cancer. I named this business after her and hung out my shingle. I decided to sell something that both interested me and had knowledge of; collectible knives & swords.

I carry a vast variety of knives ranging from pocket knives to 3 foot swords. I sell a lot of higher grade blades, but I try to keep the selection affordable to everyone.

I'm my own best customer. I love to collect knives and swords of my own. Antiques, coins, trinket boxes, and old tools are all of interest to me.

I have PayPal listed as my only payment method, but if someone asks for an alternative I will certainly try to oblige. With PayPal as the preferred payment method, I have better control of the transactions. I can issue a refund or apply a discount with the click of the mouse. Record keeping is much simpler as well.

I ship everything either UPS or USPS Priority Mail with insurance. I don't gouge the customer on shipping, nor do I gouge myself. Sometimes I make an extra dollar or two on shipping, sometimes I eat that same amount. I always try to ship items the fastest and safest way possible.

Prior Authorization is required for all returns. All nondefective returns should be in original, unmarked packaging, include all instructions, packaging etc. and be resalable as new. Returns of nondefective merchandise before 14 days from the invoice date to the purchaser are subject to 15% restocking fee. Refused shipments will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Sophie's Angel will not accept returns of nodefective merchandise after 14 days.
