I usually ship within 24 hours of receiving payment. I try to have my items pre-packed and ready to ship as soon as I receive your payment so that you get your purchase in a timely manner. I will combine shipping whenever possible to save you money. Packages are always shipped by weight and never a flat rate. Use the shipping calculator in my listings to find out the shipping cost to your area. Insurance is optional, but is strongly encouraged for fragile items. I am not responsible for uninsured items that arrive damaged as I have no control over how the package is handled in transit. I always pack well, and I ship via the U.S. Postal Service. I also ship worldwide!

All sales are final. Since I only sell single quantities of items and do this in my spare time, I do not accept returns or make exchanges. Please read all sales policies in listing before bidding. I do my best to describe all items accurately and in detail. If you have any questions about an item, please ask before bidding. If you have an issue with an item you purchased from me, please contact me before leaving negative feedback so that we can try to resolve the issue. The only negative feedback I have received was from someone who did not contact me about an issue and just decided to leave negative feedback before letting me know there was a problem. If you are buying multiples of the same item from different sellers, and just want to try them out to see which one you like best or fits best and then return the other items, then this does not qualify as a problem or issue to be resolved with me as the seller.
