I contacted the seller and they asked first if the machine was damaged.The seller offered me numerous options such as refund, return or replace the item. I informed him it was not damaged and in excellent working condition. And I knew it was not their fault with the delivery.I would use this seller if you are planning to buy medspa type of equipment or for personal use.The quality is excellent and the service even better
