We take Paypal, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, Discover, MasterCard, Visa & American Express.
Shipping information
If your item will ship to the United States, you can now choose between UPS and USPS.
Purchasers outside the United States can now choose between UPS and International USPS Services.
Standard First Class International USPS shipping is only available on packages up to 4 pounds. After 4
pounds, International Priority shipping charges will apply.
Certain products are warehoused at the manufacturer and will be shipped directly to the customer using
one of the many popular carriers at no additional expense.
Products shipped via UPS and USPS Priority will have tracking numbers available.
Products shipped via standard USPS will not have tracking numbers available.
UPS is the ONLY method that automatically INSURES your product in case of damage during shipping. If you want
your items insured, you must use UPS shipping or contact us to request shipping insurance. Shipping
insurance is not always available to certain areas.
Orders usually take 1-2 Days to ship.
Return policy
1. Any product returns must occur within 30 days of purchase.
2. Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
3. All order returns and cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Fee is determined using the total price of the products purchased, and does not include shipping and handling charges.
4. A Return Authorization number (RAN) is needed for any and all returns. Any products returned without this number will not be accepted. The RAN must be clearly printed on the outside of the return package. Contact us via email to acquire RAN.
5. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We will not accept COD deliveries. Shipping charges are not refundable.
6. Please include your order number, billing information, and shipping information with the return.
7. Certain products that Grover Gear offers are custom orders and are individually made to customer specifications. These products cannot be returned except for manufacturer defects.
