Most items shipped out within 3-5 business days from the time your order is paid. Our bracelets are made to order based on the size you need. The available quantity shown in our store represents the number of bracelets we are able to make for you at the time of purchase. (All other items are available in the quantities shown.) Additional quantities may be purchased but require a few extra days for us to aquire materials. For quantities needed beyond what is available, please add 5 extra business days.

If you are unsatisfied with any product you receive, please let us know. You may return any item within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Original shipping and insurance costs are non refundable. Please return items in the original package or carefully wrapped. Include your receipt with returned items and reason. Custom lengths/sizes, clasps and earring fittings (pierced leverbacks and clip-ons) are available upon request.
