I am open for returns. I acknowledge that there is a chance I might get things mixed up and send the wrong stuff to the right address. I also (unknowingly) once used the same pic for both an earlier version and a later version of a product when there were some slight differences between the two - the customer pointed this out to me and I took steps to resolve the issue. I try to be fair, and if it is my fault I will try to set things right for my customer.

I love making these guys, painting them up, and then playing them against others in our little gaming group. I enjoy the attention to detail these miniatures have and I try to complement them with my painting - I'm far from a 'pro' but I am proud of my work. I don't make these to sell; usually only when I'm done playing with them or decide on a different type of model do I pass them on - I can't keep all of them in my display case. I usually spend a lot of effort on each mini, so making a 20+ unit takes a lot of time and effort - a common question asked of me is if I am selling Core or Troop units as well but I don't normally do since I game with them on a regular basis and it takes me about a month to do them. Nearly all of my models are assembled iaw with the Codex or Fantasy Army book so they're legal units; sometimes they aren't entirely tournament legal or they've got some 'house rule' we use instead for them but I'll try to make that known.
