Terrible seller does not even protect Inside the box items over €700! very irresponsible seller, I bought 2 high-end shock absorbers and they arrived damaged and with marks, the box came without protection inside, It seems incredible that a product of these prices is sent without padding inside the box.

Ordered a motorbike chain , seller told me it was correct before I ordered , was 3 inches too short , seller refused refund because I opened the package , how else was I meant to find out it was wrong , seller very rude , money lost , accused me of being fraudulent, worst eBay seller I’ve encountered, had to order from someone else who supplied the correct length chain

The customers bike is a 2022 model, listing clearly states 2011-2017 models only. Fitted the chain, destroyed the packaging, before asking for a refund. Then tried to open a fraudulent claim against us on eBay. Reject by eBay and ourselves.
